Removing or editing default manager?

Is there any way to modify the default manager setting? For example, if you select Kevin Nash '96 then Scott Hall will automatically pop up as your manager setting, or Paul Bearer will for Kane '01 etc. Either changing it or disabling it will work fine for me, would rather disable it mind but if I just have to repath it or whatever then I'll just have to do that.
