How to obtain the model files and import them into modeling software?

Hey. So i'm completely new to WWE modding. I bought WWE 2K16 on Steam today because it was on sale. I've searched around a lot most of the day to find some answers for my question but i couldn't find it. Does anyone know how i obtain the model files for import into 3d modeling software plus textures?. Like the Terminator model from T2. I've already found a way to extract the correct .pac files. But i'm stuck at this point. How do i obtain the models and textures? from there you'll need X-Packer to extract the Jboy and texture archives.  then to turn the yboy ot an object file you'll need X-rey.

Here is the 2k15 tutorial for x-rey. It is the same process in 2k16.

You can also use the pac unpacker tool to extract files, but you won't be able to inject them back without Xpacker, or view model files without Xrey

I already used the Pac Unpacker software and extracted these two .pac files: ch58302.pac and ch58304.pac They gave a couple of more .pac files which i also tried to extract but couldn't because of an error. Are these the model and texture files or do i have to look somewhere else? I don't want to inject them back into the game. I just want to experiment on them and i'm gonna use Tekken57's Maxscripts to import them into 3DS MAX. I read that X-Rey requires a payment. Can i still use Tekken57's Maxscripts for viewing and editing? Thanks for all the replies.
