Is creating mods the same as last year???

Meaning is the process still the same as last year? I swear I'm going to start making mods. The furthest ive got is painting faces and that's it. I want to create full wrestlers. DDS files is what I had a problem with I think.

 

God I wish someone can guide me threw this process. I use Zbrush.

Ask me any questions about modding with zbrush and I should be able to help with most of it.
