Fevulo Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 Hi there! So I recently purchased a copy of 2K16 having run a pirate copy for a while and having enjoyed the game. I'd like to be able to keep the stuff I made (belts, wrestler, etc), but straight copying the data results in a "corrupted save file". Any chance I might somehow be able to export this stuff? I could remake it all, but this would be a real time-saver.Cheers!
Fevulo Posted June 1, 2016 Author Posted June 1, 2016 That much I gathered, but regardless I was asking a question related to a legitimate copy also.
Sunny Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 This is one of those topics that cross a thin line, but I respect the initiative and if there's no malicious intent as far as pirating is concerned, it'll remain open. Though, I don't think you'll get far with your endeavor as usually the purchased copy is encrypted to prevent things like this from happening.
Fevulo Posted June 1, 2016 Author Posted June 1, 2016 If that's indeed the case then I'll just have to spend an evening remaking them, thanks anyway. I get that piracy is a provocative topic and you wouldn't want to be seen as encouraging it. That was never my intention.

Fevulo Posted June 2, 2016 Author Posted June 2, 2016 No luck, never mind. On the bright side I didn't have a crazy amount of stuff so it won't take long to remake it all. Thanks guys :).
