ObsoleteRipZz Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 (edited) Okay guys I'm sure I'm missing something when exporting modified objects from blender. I made some minor tweaks but when I export it and Inject into blender it looks all messed up. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a tutorial or even some exporting settings I would need? I'm trying to reinject Shorts This is what I'm getting after fixing the shorts from clipping in the skin Edited May 29, 2016 by RipZz Quote
ObsoleteRipZz Posted May 29, 2016 Author Posted May 29, 2016 Ended up getting it to work, swapping His legs for Tyson Kidd's as well as the shorts BUT now whenever he touches the ropes or goes to the top turnbuckle it kinda attaches to him for a second. I probably screwed up adding Kidd's legs. Any help would be appreciated Quote
doctorhr2 Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 Just off the top of my head... Did you check the normals were all facing the right way? Quote
hovathagod32 Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 When I have bug outs like that it's when I used the wrong export settings on the wrong obj. Like when you use the typical export settings on one of the PreviewFull.obj files instead of the one that you actually export in X-Rey 1 Quote

I'm so lost I'm pretty much golden up until I need to export and now I'm lost lol Quote
hovathagod32 Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 (edited) Someone uploaded the blender settings for 2K on here. I'm not sure of the exacts because I'm not at my desk, but I know that if you export an obj from x-rey and do your edits, when you export it, it's the typical thing keep verts, etc. the shit you always see in the help section lol. but if you do the same to the previewfull.obj file that's created when you open a yobj file, things kinda go wrong sometimes when you import/export it the same way. But also some things just don't work right from my experience. Like putting the tank top from blonde haired Austin on another wrestler. It goes haywire at times. Other's don't do that.
