Help my Universe: how should I write the Wyatts?

I'm playing the Universe mode in a "what if I became head booker from the night after WM31 and onwards" scenario, and I'm having some problems writing an end objective for the Wyatt Family.

If we're talking mererly about booking, that's already set in stone: build Bray as the monster heel with a winning streak who will ultimately beat Uber-Lesnar at Wrestlemania 32, but I don't know how to write their character. What's their end objective? Why is Bray aiming for the title? I tried looking at the real life Family for ideas, but I resumed watching WWE well after WM30 so I only know them as "the creepy pricks who interfere a lot for I dunno, reasons", so I'd like to know about how they were written in NXT where, I imagine, they at least had some kind of character or reasoning for their action.

So which was it? Original ideas accepted, the one thing I know from the NXT version of them is something about "bringing down the system", so please keep them ideas centered about this concept as I'm booking them to beat already established WWE stars/part-timers.

Bray is pretty much all about "bringing down the machine", and a part of his charm is that we have no idea what his end game is. He's a mysterious dude. The way you are booking it sounds alright with him bringing down established stars, I would have him take down HHH in the end at 'Mania but that would be for a face role I guess. If you want him 100% heel then I guess have him beat everyone and claim the title in the end, with his exact motivations being unclear but implying that he just wants to rule the world.

So his motives were shrouded in mystery since his NXT incarnation?

I like the idea of his motives not being apparently clear and that's what I'm going for from the point of view of the audience, but as the writer I need to know what's he really about lol, even if it will come into play only later.

Mania card is already locked in place, HHH is going to be his victim either the PPV right before or right after Mania, probably before as I'd like to keep Lesnar as the "final boss" of Bray's first character arc about bringing down the machine, with the second one starting right away with him finally aiming for the title (even though making him defeat Lesnar at Mania just to have him face HHH next month, sort of like implicitly saying "Triple H is higher on the totem pole than Lesnar", sounds like something that Mr Levesque would do IRL lol). That second character arc is what I'm having trouble with, especially what he would do after getting the title (he successfully brought down the machine... Now what?).

Or throw the ultimate swerve that Vince McMahon brought in Bray Wyatt to eliminate Triple H from power because McMahon wants it back
