Should work. Shame the same can't Comm Creations - it works well 90% of the time at least, though for the past few days we've been in that 10%.

You have to buy the game because of community creations when you admit you have the pirated version of the game. Doesn't matter if you didn't play it for two weeks you should of bought the game to begin with!! but yet you felt the need to pirate it.

Yes you can buy it from CDkeys for cheaper & it will be fine. Yes the CC is good most of the time but right now it is not working (hasn't worked for past 3 days now) but hopefully it will be fixed soon *fingers crossed*. As Jimmycrane1986 stated it doesn't matter that you haven't played in 2 weeks you still have a pirated version of the game but I guess at least now you are deciding to buy a legitimate copy of the game which is a good thing. What the people using pirated versions do not seem to wanna understand is that pirating the game leads to less money made by 2K for the game which then eventually will lead to no more WWE 2K pc games. Grant it there are some issues with the game but for me having a WWE pc game with some issues is better then not having any WWE pc game at all. Again though glad you are deciding to actually buy the game now :D

like i sad i only want to buy the game because of CC. I See in this forum a lot of good mods but still the CC will help me with more superstars and divas.

and  Jimmycrane1986

if you have a problem with guys having a pirated game is your problem. i dont have a verry good PC but the game is working good like WWE 2K15.

Imagine you buy the game ex. from steam and then you realize the game is not working ufff that is a waste of money. if you have a core 2 duo or someting like that its better that you

download a pirate version and try it.

but this is only my opinion.

and of course people will not buy a game if they will play only offline.

Pirating a game that doesn't have a demo is a nice way to test run it, especially when it comes to PC, considering some games might be poorly optimized and not run well on your PC at all. I never pirate games and play them in full, I either test them and buy them, or just delete it and don't buy it. In that case, the developer wouldn't have got a purchase anyway, so they lose nothing.

People won't buy a game if they will only play it only offline is so much crap I have bought countless games from steam and origin and I don't play any of them online so don't give me that old excuse Fifa 16 is online but I didn't pirate it just because I didn't plan on playing it online I bought it because the right thing to do and I play career mode. And you're other point you are trying to make buying a game from steam and then not liking it so you thinking it's a waste of money, I'm sorry but there's plenty of reviews, videos on PC games doesn't give you the right to pirate the full game and try before you buy. Because in most cases people will just end up keeping the pirated copy because it's free. Rant over lol

What he is saying is true though, a pirated game isn't the full version of the game at all as it doesn't have online and might have more bugs/glitches than the actual full game. Pirating a game to test it is completely ok imo, as Cerb said, they might be poorly optimized and not run on your computer. You can't look up a review to see if the game will work for you, same as you can't watch someone drive a bicycle to see if you'd like to buy it or not.

If we're talking about pirating games to test them, Steam has been offering refunds for the past year or so. True, it's only if you play less than 2 hours, but with a sports game what you get in the first two hours is what you get after 200, so it should be plenty.

Regarding piracy, I don't pirate pc releases but I don't condemn piracy either (I only condemn the idiots who pirate a game, play it fully, and make a lot of shit excuses and contrived logic jumps to justify their thought process. I respect people who go "I pirate cuz I feel like it" much more). I'd just want to point out one thing before the usual anti-piracy apologists jump in:

... We're talking about 2K, and the WWE 2K series of games. If there is one videogame series so messed up and with such terrible devs and publishers that almost deserves to be pirated it's this one. Don't sperg out about how "the poor devs need to be compensated for their hard work" too much, this series is so qualitatively awful in so many regards it doesn't deserve any defence force.

Can't deny that last statement tbh.

i still think we should buy the game to support 2K in porting these games on PC every year because some of us especially me dont have a PS 4 and xbox one,, also i enjoy modding the game very much :) 80% mod 20% actual play time

if you want CC you need to buy it, but for now, honestly the CC is kind of broken because we get to search and preview stuff but when we hit download nothing happens. we are still hoping for a fix.

:)

dude,Cerb is right, and also not everyone has a good pc,so it can be a good idea to pirate the game to check if it works fine on the pc and then buy the game,i was about to do this, but i downloaded NBA 2K16 because the torrent was faster(NBA and WWE games have the same graphics),then i bought WWE 2K16 on PC and i think its the right thing to pirate the game to test it,because i dont think its a good idea to waste money if the game lags constantly on your pc

You don't have to pirate it to try it out, so this sure is no excuse. Steam has a return policy where if you have played less than 2 hours you'll get a full refund. That's plenty of time to try out the game and see if it runs well on your PC.

My experience, CDkeys was a hassle. Wanting photos of my driver's license- taking days- really poor customer service.

You guys know there's websites you can check if your PC meets at least the minimum requirements if you aren't able to determine yourself? Just google Can my PC run. Personally I can't pirate games on PC. I did however on consoles years back on Xbox 360 but I knew they were still making their money. PC is an up hill battle where literally every sale counts because it's not as mainstream as the consoles are. The sales are already a lot lower than their console counter-parts so we need to support any way that we can just so they continue to release future games. On that note I'm not gonna condemn anyone for what they do I'd just hope the ones that are pirating realize that it could hurt future releases on PC.

Not all PC games go through Steam, also obviously a lot easier to pirate than to purchase it first, same result anyways.

Those websites are hardly ever accurate. Most of the time it says I can't run a game in which I run perfectly on full settings, and sometimes it tells me I can run a game which is unplayable on the lowest settings. It's all about optimization.

The thing with that last logic is this though, if I pirate a game, try it, and never play it again, they don't lose a bought copy, as I wouldn't have played or bought it anyways. Me downloading one game 10 times online doesn't mean they lost 10 copies. If I never intended to buy it, I never intended to buy it. Plenty of times I have wanted to test a game before buying it but it hasn't had a pirated version yet, so I simply just would forget about it. Who knows, if there was a pirated version I might have tried it and even bought it. That game lost a customer because I couldn't pirate it to test it first.

To close off I never pirate games and play them full. Just to test them for a few minutes, and IMO it's a better way than buying the game and then refunding it as you don't have to worry about spending money before you are going to be spending money.

Also about future releases due to low sales, maybe for the WWE 2K games, as thats a not so popular series, but most games series make way too much to be affected by the minority who do pirate the games. Personally I don't care much for 2K16 on PC. Just a cheap port with smoother graphics and access to textures.
