Think I did all correct, but no new PAC files seem to show. Help plz?

So I have done the chunk cache rename fix... I've gotten an Owens retexture to work as well as sound injector. However for whatever reason I tried importing a CM Punk Pac, Pofo, and moveset. Using cheat engine I seemingly did all correct, but he doesn't show at all in-game. Further, I tried using Pac Plus.exe and nothing from this shows in my game as well. Almost seems like no Pac adding files are working. Plz help??

Also, make sure you have installed the future proof string from the pinned thread. Without it CM Punk may have installed properly but will show up with a different name.
