Awesome work on Sting. No matter if Wolfpac or Crow. Really good. I didnt need all the Wolfpac-Attires, but its great, that you let us choose what we want and what not in our game. Thank you for that. I appreciate it.

New crow updates.. Slamboree 98 & Taped Boot '99 era. I can probably release that debut Wolfpac attire now. 

 

 

I wanted to preview it with my Nitro 99 set, but I'm still working on the textures.. with some new help I'm getting it might get replaced with a better one lol.. I have to go through and watch some episodes of when he came back.. There were a lot of times when he didn't have a coat, and then there were times when he had the one with the circle logo in the back. I'll work on that soon. As well as the Starrcade 97 jacket that had a rainbow scorpion on the back.

Incredible work these are the Stings i always hope for when 2K makes the game yearly.And they are never to be found hopefully someday will get the Proper Crow Sting instead of that lacking Sting '99 Model they give us every year.

apologies for slacking.. The Crow stuff should've been near completion but I've had some medical setbacks plus it's football season and NBA 2K at the same damn time lol.. It's still going to come out. I wanted to show you guys something SLX was working on. I just wanted to see how it looked in game. Purely WIP but It's just the possibilities of how 99-2000+ will likely end up looking texture wise. I've been messing around with my files doing retextures.. If I can get it down properly then all I'll have to do is do light color edits (which I haven't figured out yet lol) for each stage piece. I'll try to work on some other attires really soon.. I think i'm going to give Mayhem '99 vs Bret Hart a try next. The only real attire that I have to draw up is Uncensored 98. The rest are just variations of hair and face paints. Like I said before, this will likely end up with more than 10 attires. May ditch Sting 91 for 96-98 (Pre-Wolfpac) and Current day Sting with 99-2000. I guess I'll have that figured out when I'm near the end

Niiice  That's sorta what I've done but '91 is now Wolfpac, your crow & 99 attires will replace WWE sting (as they all have the same entrance/theme) and the Metallica theme Sting will replace Sting '99.

Yeah I think I gotta pinpoint the switch to seek and destroy and that particular tron change. Kinda hard to do with the network just plugging his initial crow theme in the place of it. But I think 91 will be crow debut up to final crow theme usage... 99 is all Wolfpac. Current day will be all Seek and Destroy attires. I have to get my Nitro 99-2001 footage and run through a lot of what goes where.

 

Gonna try and get these all down before I go back to arena work. Minus it being annoying messing around with misc and stuff not changing, I want to work mastering my 99-2000 textures. I'm kinda learning a new program for this, instead of creating everything in photoshop. I'm not sure how the whole flat wall effect will translate to 2K17, with the backstage stuff... but I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there. For now it looks good for this game lol

There's a lot of stuff I'm hoping works well for 2K17 I've seen that 2K went ahead with the new renders of the actual models instead of pictures, but hopefully they're still replaceable as I imagine that they're either a) Live pictures of the model as it currently is, or more likely b) Just images of the model that we could still replace with our own images, as they've done with a few of the wrestlers and managers this year.

I pin pointed the theme to Nitro 9/27/99 during a 6 man tag with Sting, DDP, & Lex vs Hogan, Bret Hart, & Flair. The previous week vs Chris Benoit he had his crow theme. I didn't check Thunder, but I doubt they'd debut a new theme for Sting in 1999 on Thunder.

I finished the actual attire for Starrcade awhile ago. I just have to work on the Coat scorpion logo, and shorten the hair. It was previewed somewhere back in the previous pages, unless the photos don't show up

And this right here is one of the many reasons why I've decided to give the finger to PS4 & Xbox1 this year. Then, say hello to PC gaming. 2K has NOTHING on your Sting model & all the amazing attires you've created thus far. I definitely look forward to the final pack. This is truly AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL ARTWORK!

Thank you, man. You made it a lot easier to draw and create with the facepaint PSD you gave me awhile back. Saved me a lot of trial and error when I scale my own paint lines, which is one less thing to worry about, with how much of a repetitive task it can be lol

I don't know how you did the early crow scorpion singlet. I searched high and low for good reference pictures. Ended up freestyling and blending some pics of it to do a semi decent job on it. Yours looks flawless. I love the vs the world look. 

If yoyou have the scorpion, shoothe it over ifor you don't care. I'll usee it ffor 2k17 on xb1.

So with that scorpion I extracted textures from Nitro on PS1 which were 128x128 lol. Pieced it together like a puzzle in photoshop, then used it to draw with my tablet via illustrator. There are little to no references for it. I have to finish the tail because that's what was rarely shown. Through some work, I did get a reference for the tail. Credit to the owner of WCWworldwide's website

 

 I found this one on the website of the creators of the costume. Apparently they did Glacier, Mortis, Kiss Demon, and HHH's Wrestlemania Conan the Barbarian look

 

The detail of the tail doesn't really match the detail of the rest of the attire. I'll be on XB1 for 2K17 so if I can properly place it in CAW mode, I'll put it on CC. I'll likely do WCW 97/98 & 99-2001 arenas again. Hopefully there's a lot more WCW CAWs like 2K14 had.

 

I'm intrigued with Wolfpac Sting, though... I'm curious to see if they used my textures LOL. That particular attire for Havoc against Bret is Goatee Sting. It was the last of match for Wolfpac Sting, and it's a match that he lost. Weird to use for a showcase DLC. I hope they keep it accurate, especially the arena logos because they halfassed Havoc 96 in 2K16

Wow, this is really good work. I am already using the nWo Wolfpac Sting in my game. Great to see you are working on a Crow version too. The work on that is good too. Will be great to have that along side the Wolfpac version at some point. Big thumbs up and well done for all your hard work and time that you have put into this.

Crow Sting is still WIP.. I have a few tedious things that I have to fix with some attires. Wanted to experiment with my stage textures that i'll be able to use if I run out of ramp arenas.. I know it'll work well in 2K16, but I'm not sure it'll look good in 2K17 with the backstage stuff... My plans are still to release this on 2K16 and I'll be porting to 2K17 if possible. So this is a look at the WIP for 2000 Era PPVs/Nitro. The Stars BG would be changed for Nitro of course. 

Still working on Textures. I'm new to this program so I'm pretty much learning as I go lol

yeah The 2000 one is from an obj stage I created.. The nitro 99 one, I just added my textures to. I didn't personally create the set, but my plan for these are to get them looking as photorealistic as possible to place it on a flat wall (like some of the previews throughout this thread). I don't think anyone has figured out how to import your own OBJs so this will do.. I just have to learn how to create stage lights and add different colors, then I can swap out for all the PPVs that used the stage + Nitro 2000. The same will go for 1999 era PPVs & the 2000-01.
