Is it just me or is the PC gameplay mechanics different than on console?

And not in a good way either, two things I have noticed that makes the PC version unplayable for me the pretty much only thing I got from buying the game twice were textures etc. - are that whenever I add a logo in create a superstar or attire editing, it never sticks where I put it, it always jumps down several inches. Also in general when playing any singles match, the opponent A.I. is constantly throwing me out of the ring making almost any match unplayable, and obviously I can't use the creation suite since I can't add any logos, so for me this PC game is 100% unplayable and I have never seen any of these issues on console.

Anyone else experience any of these bugs? I haven't posted about it before because I really didn't plan on playing PC, just getting textures etc. but now I want to play, although I just can't. It's unplayable. If anyone has come across these, are there fixes to them?
