Port-Over Modded Arenas from 2K15

Was hoping someone could do a solid and possibly port-over (with permission) the modded Arenas on 2K15, doesn't have to be all of them. Looking for PWG/Chikara/Lucha Underground

or if there is a way to port them over without XPacker, could I be enlightened on how that would be done?
