(PC) I can't take screenshots

I can't take screenshots on the PC version because for some reason, the screenshot key on my external screencap program is disabled, and so is the Steam Screenshot key.

Is there a reason for this?

In you're steam settings make sure that you have steam overlay enabled in-game as this stops the screenshot shortcut key from working 

If you're having trouble finding this on you're main steam desktop click on view at the top and then settings and it's in the in-game tab i've taken a screen of mine to show you

Just so I'm clear: Enable Steam Overlay so that the Screenshot key will work. Do I have that right?

 

As for my external screenshot program (CaptureWiz), you wouldn't happen to know why it isn't taking shots, would you? It worked just fine on 2k15, so I don't think there's a reason it shouldn't have worked with this.
