Need Help With Sin cara and Kalisto

I tired to replace the base kalisto and sin cara with HerFyre's attires. I changed the ch names to that of the base models and pasted them into the ch folder so they replaced the base files. when I tried playing as them the match stopped loading near the end and when I try to view their entrances the game crashes...smacktalks...what do I do!?
