WWE 2K16 Load up problem (XBOX ONE)

Every time I go to play we 2k16 I get this message everytime and some days it's fine others not but how do I fix it without losing my data

sometimes u can't a while and it'll work but sometimes it wont like my main profile kept doing it and it erased all my files besides my community creation uploads and still does it after it done erased everything and still continues to fail to sync so i dont even use it any more i use my other profile

This happened to me once. I fixed the problem by choosing the option to load from games save data instead of connecting to the cloud. If you choose to sync from the cloud, you're at more of a risk for error messages
