Any Tutorial how to create minitrons?

Hi guys,

searched the forum for any tutorial on how to create minitrons but have not found anything (also searched in 2k15 section). Is there any around on how to create it with freeware tools?

jeah use the free version of camtasia Studio or Sony Vegas and save it as 512 x 256. after that use Rad Video tools and bink it ;). Now use the tutorial on how to inject them into the game
