Can anyone share the original pac of Stunning Steve? I accidentaly overwright it -_-"

Remove the modded .pac of that number, back up any other .pac files you replaced (additional ones should be fine) as well as the empty chunk_cache.bin file and verify your game cache with Steam. When it's done, copy your backups sans the one that replaces Stunning Steve back in.
