Seen a lot of cool mods for the game, there's also a ton of games I've been wanting on the computer. How much would a computer that can run 2K16 pretty good cost?

Price Range is $500-$700

WWE 2K16 system requirments are somewhat low, so I think $500 should do you good. But don't expect the $500 rig to run games like The Witcher 3 on ultra. Here's a good rig that should run all PC games on medium-high 60 fps.

I want a computer that I can record with, play games, and just use as a regular computer. I'm looking at the Alien X51. It's $699.

Get a capture card. Recording from the same computer you play on is going to massively affect your performance. Some computers can do it, but it costs a lot more to have a "record while playing" computer instead of just a nice computer that can run most games and have an external device to record with with absolutely 0 performance loss, because it's physically impossible. Alienware is overpriced. Thats just a fact. Is it good? Absolutely. It's just a massive waste of money IMO unless the aestethics of the computer itself is something you care about.

I have a Haupauge HD PVR 2. I just need a computer that can run it's programs. My last computer could barely run it and could barely run Sony Vegas.

Personally, I wouldn't advise buying "prebuilt" system. You can put together a PC with parts you want that can do what you want and most of the time it could be cheaper than a prebuilt PC. Also, if you're really trying to get a good PC, i wouldn't cheap out. You don't have to buy the BEST parts but don't buy the parts that cost like $100. For example I have a GTX 970 and an AMD FX 8350 and my PC runs games being released now on ultra at 60 fps. I kind of cheaped out on my processor, but this is my first build so i didn't know any better. My PC total came up to about $1000 when i bought the parts and put it together. That's just my advice.
