Cheat Engine Install Method not working

Okay, so I haven't seen anyone answer this anywhere, although I've seen it asked a few times.

I used this method when I got the game, easiest method out there and was as straight forward as it seemed. Managed to get Goldberg and Alberto Del Rio models installed with no trouble whatsoever. However, the next time I went to install one, the character didn't appear. I tried over and over again, installing the .pofo and .moveset files, but to no avail. On Cheat Engine at the relevant addresses, the information is showing as if it is installed, but nothing appears in-game.

As the information was showing as if it was installed, I decided to give it a try using Pozzum's Match Editor, selecting the slot that I had installed AJ Styles into. It worked. However, his name was "Press *", and when the match began, the pause menu was permanently stuck on. Whenever I tried to exit, it popped right back up.

So the character is being read by the game with no issues, but it isn't doing something right as the name and the start menu issue is occurring. With this information, can anyone help me out and shed some light on what I need to do to get these mods to work? Thankyou.

Yep. Had this installed from the beginning. It has changed the string in the "Unlockables" menu, and the .pofo file used has the correct string also, having checked it with TheVisitorX's tool.

Reset my game and save to see if that worked, it did not. Cannot even install the characters I got to work originally.

I had the same problem. Now when I install characters I change the pofo start hex. If it is 142857180, I write 142857190. Worked for me.

Just to check you guys that don't have it working are running the official Steam Version 1.01 (=latest update), right? That's a requirement for adding mods to work with Pozzum's cheat table.
