Injecting, or Rebuilding PACH?

Just wondering, is there a reason for one to rebuild a pach file instead of simply injecting (not adding) a certain object to the proper slot? :) 

Just curious :D

You must only rebuild a pach file, when you need an additional slot like 001A for injecting 3d parts.
