hovathagod32 Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I'm trying to do some 97-98 era Sting attires and I wanted to know how to make the hair longer. Pretty much the length of what it is in '99 render. I've been looking at this tut:but i'm on 3ds max design 2015, and it looks really different.I can import the yobjs but from there I'm lost. So pretty much what I want to know is if I can make his current hair longer, or how to go about actually swapping it with something a bit more closer to the '99 render, which is pretty much 97-98 Era. hovathagod32 Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 Tried injecting the skeleton....... Turned him into Jackie from The Darkness. It said something about the skeleton being bigger in X-Rey? @tekken57 Quote
tekken57 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Just inject the hair as is from the other wrestler model without any changes? Does it display correctly? Quote
hovathagod32 Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 Just inject the hair as is from the other wrestler model without any changes? Does it display correctly?Yeah.. That works. I think I'm going to leave that one as is, considering how it looks. I thought it'd had to be longer but it actually looks like what I was going for. Would scalping be easier to do in 3ds Max than Blender? What I remember in Blender is when I imported Sting's head and Blake's hair, I had to move the hair down to fit with the head. When I opened it up in X-Rey, the hair was near the bottom of the screen in the preview box. Quote
