Mods are contained in a single pac file, caws are comprised of several files. With a caw the head, body, arms/legs and logos are all separate files. I've seen people add mods as caws, but that still relies on replacing an in game character with that mod so I don't really get the point of doing so. However with KG's trainer you can save a caw to a file as a backup and then reinstall it to a different save. Quote
