Problem with Face Texture

Hello. I insert a problem with a Face Texture.

WWE 2k15 PC Basic Texture Modding Tutorial

I did it with this tutorial. With X Packer 10.4

1. CH22803.pac open

2. Extract 00022802.pac (pach file)

3. Open 00022802.pac and extract 000C (here is the head.dds in it) but I can not uncompress it ? O.o

4. so i open the 000C and Extract the head.dds and insert my head.dds (same size)  XPacker say all right

5. Re Open the 00022802.pac isert the 000C.pac 

6. back in the CH and ingame Crash... 

 

Please help Me  something has changed from 15 to 16? 

I need another program? I must have Xpacker2016? there is a tutorial for textures for 2k16 ?

from the Tutorial:

1.    Browse to your game directory and look for the file called plistWin32.arc. I rename this file to something else, you can either rename it, delete or move it to a backup directory. The choice is yours.

But 2k16 has not as a file ?

Did you do the blank chunk_cache.bin trick?

There is a pinned post in the main 2K16 PC modding forum that discusses the post-patch fix needed to get mods working.

Essence of it is to open the chunk_cache.bin file in hex, and delete all the contents and save so it is a blank file.
