logo code not working

this usually happens every now and then but usually after like the 3rd time it finally works, but however today i tried the code 10 times still didn't work, quit the game opened another game and then open wwe back up and generated a new code and it doesn't work tried it 10 times still doesn't work says the code is either invalid or expired. 

 

has anyone had any problems with the code not working

It can be quite hit and miss. Sometimes it works perfectly, other times it comes up with constant errors and doesn't work at all.

I find that uploading via the 2K logo app tends to work much better than uploading from the website.

Just give it 5 to 10 minutes and it'll accept it, or generate a new one. It is a little annoying though.

Usually that works for me but the past week or so it hasn't in most cases. Sometimes it's working fine but most of the time I've just been getting invalid codes repeatedly. It's been especially frustrating to considering I've largely been playing trial and error with sizing/ colouring, and wasn't able to check the consistency between logos for a logo I made for someone else (I was trying to make it match their pre-existing logos, thankfully I apparently got it right at least, still pisses me off that I couldn't check it myself though). Odd thing is I've been doing it when CC usually works best for me to D:
