Currently Testing A Theory

So I got the idea that by swapping the addresses of generic music out for soundtrack music, that maybe we could use said music as theme music. The test is replacing Royalty with Rebel Yell by switching addresses. Could something like this work?

Like the way I figure it, in sound injector, the addresses to the songs are also tied to the respective pck. I figure if you change the SI addresses, it also ties it to the song it replaces in game. For example, if you take the address for Rebel Yell and change it to Royalty's, it should play Rebel Yell in the entrance menu instead of Royalty.

I feel like what you are saying is the equivalent of just injecting Rebel Yell over Royalty and making no real change.  Sound injector doesn't change the file names at all it just over writes particular ones that the game reads.

just find the flipped offset for the id of the 2 songs, and just change the ids where this video tells you to:
