Hey can someone tell me a program to modify dds files and if i have wwe 2k15 inject tool can i make mods without x-packer?

I have a question. I extracted hogans pac file to DDS because I want to edit his head, but the head has a other color in photoshop as in the game , why ???

please help !!

Looks like you opened the AO texture. It's supposed to look like that. There are a bunch of texture files that are used for lighting/depth effects. There is another DDS file with the actual colored face. It may be in a different pach file though (ex: there are usually a few texture archives, 000A, 000C, etc).
