Question and Help required !!!!!!!!

Hi .......... listen to me :

I replace the chunk.bin file , than , I import the universal alternative attire patch , the game finally don't crush ........ so I paste the pac file of goldberg in my pac\ch folder , than I run X-Packer 3 to import pofo and moveset but when I open pac file the slot 361 ( goldberg is ch361 )  isn't there ......... why this appened ?? how can I import mods if the correct slot isn't on the list ??????
