Hey dude, this is a graphical glitch that just happens sometimes in the game it's not anything to do when installing mods, we need to wait or should I say hope lol that 2K release another patch in the future to fix this and other problems with the game

I had same problem, I just restarted the game and after the problem missed.

I have to reinstalled completely more than 10 times and i get it all the time
