Help needed in adding caw parts to in-game models.

I'm trying to get caw parts so I can finish the Heel/96 HBK entrance attires but I'm getting completely lost in the process of how to get the YOBJ's. Is there any way anyone can help me in the process &/or send me the following caw yobj's?

Also is it possible to use the textures that came with the parts in caw mode?
