Nice one. I just wish you'd used the latest version of the Data Editor for it, as it allows you to send the .moveset and .pofo files directly to the Custom Character Tools and makes things a bit easier and also has that nifty winning music for all attires workaround. Plus the CCT's Exporter can send the data from the game to the Data Editor.  

Wish I had a look at that before I recorded ,but from the sounds of it , it would of made it much quicker when it comes to installing the superstar , might just make a version that uses the updated version xD

You use a pirated version of the game which I don't support! Please stop complaining when you use a pirated copy of the game.  I won't help in this case!!

You have to restart the game when you have added new pac files. If you don't do that you will get that issue. So first save and then restart the game. The game initializes pac files only on start.

I do not why but adding superstars make my game laggy and decrease fps and make it unplayable but this is not this tool's issue i am facing this problem with cheat engine method also so thats the reason i cannot add superstars even if i want to

Not sure, could be that your hardware is too weak and on the limit. What are your system specs? Install more RAM, perhaps? Or a video card with more video memory? An SSD to install the game on? More powerful CPU? How much of your RAM and video memory is being used when you play the game? 
If you add wrestlers, the game naturally has to load more things into memory and if you don't have enough it'll swap to the disk more if your memory is full. When the game is running, around 6GB of my RAM is being used, so anything less than 8GB of RAM could cause trouble (depending on how much the OS and other processes that are running need).

Is it possible to export a CAW with this tool and then install it back replacing a pre-existing model?

For example, let's say I want to swap the referee model with a CAW. Can I export a .ch with this and then do the swapping?

No, this isn't possible. CAW models and regular models are not the same type. You should be able to swap the referee model with a model of another wrestler (you could create a mod with a referee shirt, for example), however.

If I made a video on installing minitrons , using this tool and the data editor , would that tutorial be welcomed on this post? or would it have to go on either a different post or the titantron and minitron section of mods?

Two small additions:

You can inject moveset and pofo files right from the "Data Editor" without the need for save and open it again! There is an "Install with CCT" option for that! Right as you have done that with the tron and you can also install pofo and movesets separately if you want :).
