Downloaded logos not showing up or selectable

Is anyone else having an issue when downloading a personal uploaded logo, not being able to use it. I just have a black box where it should be. it looks like something download because the black boxes increase the more I try downloading the logo. I'm on ps4. thanks

are u talking about u upload them on the site but when u go back to the game to download them they dont show up? or they show up but after u download them they show up blank?  And is it a certain logo that u've tried uploading multiple times and fails to show up or is it all logos?

 

if its a certain image try changing the size & file format. i've had logos that would upload but then when i download them wouldn't show up anywhere in my logos. so i re-sized them and saved them and after reuploading & downloading they showed up. i've had some fail to download cause said the files were damaged for some reason. But never had one that showed the image while downloading it but show up blank

they were logos I uploaded and then went into my logos. downloaded it, it subtracted from my download ticker for the 24 hrs. when I went to apply them on a shirt they are nowhere to be found. just an empty box. there were 2 black boxes and the end of my 512x512 logos. I downloaded the 2 logos again and went back into apply them and there were 4 black boxes at the end of that logo size. I even tried downloading a logo just off of community creations and it isn't there when I go to apply it

im not sure then never had that problem im on the xb1 though

I figured it out. I had to delete logos because I was over 1000 weeks ago. so I found the new logos in the slot where the old logos are deleted. instead of newest logo going at the end.

also when you upload logos and go to download them, don't sort by recently added. i uploaded a shamrock back of robe logo and one night only 97 logo only to realize it wasn't showing up when i sorted by most recent but when i sorted by what's hot they showed up. flawed upload/download stuff i guess lol

I had a problem where .jpg pictures wouldn't upload for some reason, but once I converted them to .png , they worked fine.
