1-First You need to Open Kevin Owens Mod (Kevin Owens Mod - by Mincho Sheen)
(you need to have in Bonus Superstar Ok :))
Secondly Extract Pach File From Owens 2K16 Pc Pac File ok 
And Inject Into Mincho sheen Owens Pac now remove your arc and insert it your game 
and it works and here is preview
