FPS Drops

after i played a triple threat match in universe mode which seemed to be bugged where i could not pin/throw someone over the top rope, my FPS started going down crazy in that match

since that happened all matches are in slowmotion even though i never had ANY problems with the game

does anyone have the same problem?

yeah i just realized that i messed up section wise

Same happen to me in Career Mode, everything was fine til the match started with Cena, and my frames drop from 60 to 24, it wouldn't fix itself simply by restarting the match, I had to close the game completely and restart it.

i get that problem sometimes as well. you can enter window mode with alt+enter and it will go away. if that happens in mycareer mode i go in window mode finish the match then restart the game. i guess it has something to do with the game because my pc was handling 2k15 perfectly and even got a new graphics card.. so lets hope that 2k hopefully releases a patch for it

Since this thread is about fps drops, I was wondering if anybody else experiences drops during entrances (to 15-20 fps, when crowd and superstar are visible).
I tried reducing crowd density but it doesnt make a difference if I'm on the highest or lowest settings. I also experience the same drop during in-game cutescenes in showcase mode. Everywhere else in the game I have a steady framerate 45-60 fps.

I tried reducing crowd density but it doesnt make a difference if I'm on the highest or lowest settings. I also experience the same drop during in-game cutescenes in showcase mode. Everywhere else in the game I have a steady framerate 45-60 fps.

I think the entrances are locked to 30fps.

Change "simple_lighting = off" to "simple_lighting = on" and (optional) "audience_tessellation = on" to "audience_tessellation = off" without the quotes ofcourse.

I worked this out too, works on my 750 Ti, the only thing is it makes certain entrances like Luke Harper and Sting come out in complete darkness so you can't even see them. It's certainly a better option than having 15fps entrances for everyone but it's not a completely ideal solution.

Totally agree. I see what you mean about Sting & Harper's entrance but luckily this year you can load both in advanced editor & it automatically takes out the lighting so you can see 'em...but now their entrance themes either loop or do not play XD
