Open slot on future string

I wanted to add Vickie Guerrero to slot 630 on the future string list. I extracted her pofo and move set from 2k15 and hexed them both using HxD to match 2k16 standards and injected them back into her ch.XXX.pac I'm just lost on where to use the 6a3e to open slot 630 in the string. I'm pretty sure but not 100% that I did everything else correctly. Any help is as always appreciated.

use Cave Waverider's Wrestler Information and Moveset Creator for 2k15 to edit the .pofo file and change Vickie's string name then save and convert it back to a 2k16 .pofo file.

Good to know that it worked! Well, that's our temporary solution since Waverider is still in the process of making a 2k16 version of the Creator file.
