Custom themes request

Does anyone has,or can make those themes?

My problem is that i tried to boost volume level of MP3,not in SI,then convert to WEM,and failed.I tried to boost volume in SI,and convert - Failed.I also tried to boost MP3,then boost in SI,but no luck.

It is either,too low volume level,or song in very bad quality.

Songs,that i am looking for,are those > Dolph Ziggler (Perfection V2), DDP (WcW Self High-Five), Fandango (Pena Flamenca), Finlay (Lambeg), AJ Styles (WWE), Goldberg (WcW - Invasion), nWo (Rockhouse), APA, New Age Outlaws.
