Creating an empty file might be easier for us, but for many it seems to be a hurdle they can't take (mostly the same people that can't figure out how forum search works or how to read stickies and have to ask questions that have been answered many times again), especially since Windows has been designed with the braindead idea to hide known file extensions by default.Hopefully my tools will make it easier for the casual gamers to get a start in modding without having to ask the same question over and over. Say you want to add this as an alternate attire to Undertaker '99, all you need to do is rename the pac files to ch34612.pac and ch34614.pac and install them with TheVisitorX's wonderful Custom Character Tools or rename them and edit the EMD section of the PACH file manually inside the pac file with HxD or other hex editor to 00034612 and 00034614.
