Weird Graphical Glitch

So after a couple of hours spent on the Creation Suite, i noticed CAWs in Match-up screens are blurry and pixelated and same with logos placed on outfits: they seem to stretch, pixelated and after confirming placement of logo, the logo would move down a couple of inches. Any workaround for this?
