Yeah, it was an older version of the misc file that i edited to remove unwanted wrestler attires like Kama Mustafa & Lana. I was able to install a fresh misc file from the updated editor & it appears that is working now. Just got to re-assign all the attire names through HXD. Thanks for the guidance

If I'm understanding you right, yes. That has been fixed.

Go to the "Using the Entrance and Moveset Editor to create and edit .moveset files:" tutorial, and then "Entrance Media Workarounds".

If by "they" you mean 2k, no they didn't. The Data Editor for WWE 2k16 (make sure you have the latest version) allows you to apply the workaround that @Beardy™ already mentioned above, however.
