So when I download the only person that had 10 attires was Seth Rollins, is this meant to happen just to show that the mod worked or have messed up some how?

Everyone that is listed in the readme as having attires unlocked should have 10 available.

How exactly does this work? Will it say everyone has 10 alt attires even if they havent been installed? Or will it update itself when I add more pac files to a character?

Yes, it'll show 10 attires for the 100 wrestlers that are included in the misc file.

Hate to nitpick, but I noticed a couple guys who really should have the extra attire slots. Mainly being the WrestleMania main eventer.. Shane McMahon!  

Well, some choices had to be made, there are way too little slots. Feel free to switch him with someone that has the attires, though. All the relevant hex codes are in the readme file anyhow. Or you wait until I release my tool for 2k16, but that will take quite some time still. I don't think he'll be around all that much longer after Nipple H kicks him in the balls and the Undertaker tombstones him back to China.

after i intall this, my game cant download anymore, i cant create titles,shows, arenas, or alt. attire, I deinstalled the game over and over again, it doesnt work anymore. THANK YOU

Are you certain it is because of this mod or did you do something else, like messing with some other files and the savegame/memory? Your problem doesn't sound like it could be caused by this mod. It almost sounds more like you have somehow corrupted your save file, which isn't likely to happen because of this helper mod.
Which Operating system do you use, are you running the game as Administrator? Which language is your game (unlikely that it would matter, but you could try setting it to English to see if that helps)? Any other details would be good, too. Also, are you using the official Steam version? Note that any illegal versions aren't supported by this mod and they can behave oddly compared to the real thing.

For the record, I installed this mod and it worked fine. Game launched, worked great as always. No bugs, no viruses. I'd always trust a CaveWaverider mod.

If by "custom wrestler" you mean one created via Creation Suite (aka CAW or CAS), then no. They are limited to two attires. But you can unlock up to 10 attires for existing wrestlers/NPCs as well as those added via client-side modification (if they aren't unlocked for them by default, you'll have to change some values with a hex editor).

Also i install Steam and the Game complete new.......but......its still don't work anymore. i pay 60Euro for this game an now i can play anymore, because of this mod. Everything works fine. After i install this mod i can't create alt.attires,superstars,logos etc. This really sucks i have no idea whats wrong  Backups and re-install DONT work. AND i have 2/20 downloads in the CC. i can download 100 of superstars, but they dont show up in the caw menu, and the downloads in CC ist STILL 2/20..wtf

PS.: i use the German Version of the Game from Steam, and yes i start the game as admin, i repair the files in steam, re-install steam AND wwe2k16, but nothing work. i hope now the language is maybe the prob

After the clean install of the game, start Steam in Offline mode, then move your save game to a different folder (the WWE 2k16 savegame is located in the ...\Steam\userdata\<SteamUserID>\385730 folder). Start the game, allow it to create a fresh save game and see if it works then.
It looks like either something has corrupted your savegame (perhaps downloading a corrupted CAW, or a crash during saving/loading, trying to mess with the save files, trying to use a save from a different steam account, using a game crack, using a trainer, using cheat engine and messing things up, a problem exporting a CAW from My Career - I believe that often corrupted saves in the console version, etc.) and Steam likely uploaded that corrupted save to the cloud. As for your CC download count not updating, that happened to me on the Xbox One a while back, too, it just means the downloads were aborted before they could be saved due to loosing connection to the server. Did you add the game to exceptions in your firewall? Did you try to disable your antivirus to see if that could be the culprit? Perhaps you set the game's language to English and see if that helps.
Many people that do not use this mod have reported similar problems as you do on the Steam forums, by the way, even before this mod was released, so I highly doubt this mod is responsible (in addition for you being the only one of hundreds of downloads that seems to have the issue). It could be, of course, but the chances are rather slim, unless it's some sort of conflict caused by backups of the replaced files being in the game folder (if you followed the installation instructions in the readme, that shouldn't be the case, however) or maybe if you downloaded/installed/used the WWE 2k15 version by mistake.
Also, are you sure you paid €60? The official price on Steam in Germany (where you live, according to your profile) is even cheaper than that and other sources are even cheaper.

NOW IT WORKS, i deactivate the Steam Option "Clound Save". now the mod works and the game,too. i lost my complete save, but i doesen't matter^^ so youre right, the problem was the saves. Thx for helping me

Been trying to figure out what's causing added attires to not have music during winning animation to no luck.
I hope someone eventually comes up with a solution. My knowledge about things is not that much.

Yes, it seems exit music only plays for attires that were unlocked/unlockable in the game to begin with. It isn't an issue with the unlocker, as it appears to be controlled somewhere else. Not sure where or what does, exactly, we haven't figured it out yet.

Hi, I installed your latest update and also installed demon Kane mod from Bannockburn but in game corporate Kane has just default attire, I can't select others. Was this made on purpose or is it a bug?

The .pac files of your other Rollins attires likely contain an error/are incompatible with 2k16. I'd think you either didn't rename the pach files correctly, have all attires in one file and it's causing problems or the attires are using something that worked in 2k15 and causes crashes in 2k16 (for example, @yjkim0901's 2k15 Chris Jericho entrance attires with the entrance Jackets crash the game, while the in-ring attires and those without jackets do not).

im using aj_heels seth rollins mod attire 2 works but when i select attire 1 dont load on vs screen...

I'm not using that mod, I've made my own Seth Rollins attires to test, one white and two Shield ones from 2k15 and they work fine. It's possible that that attire's .pac file has some problems, you should ask the mod creator about it.

I could, but as I stated in the readme, I won't. You can do so yourself, however!
As you can see in the readme, only Retro Kane has the attires unlocked. If you want to use more attires on current Kane, you'll need to switch out the IDs. You can only have 100 wrestlers with alternate attires, so not all can have alternate attires.
I've added a quick tutorial on how to replace the IDs to the readme file in the top post and any newly downloaded versions of the mod also include the updated readme file with the tutorial in it.

Thank you. I assume this is true for other languages that use different characters as well, and it'll likely be hard for me to find out as I can't read the stuff.  Does anybody know which file is the one for Arabic?

You can of course edit the string.pac file or just change the hex code for each wrestler to point to different strings. There should be a tutorial linked in the readme file that will allow you to learn more about it.
