I would take off the facial hair. Looks like a fucking puberty moustache, terrible job by 2k. I think texturing the goatee and the moustache will make it look better.

Yea . I tried editing the normals and changing textures but it's still like this . I will try texturing it and see how it looks

Edited the 3D beard in blender and it had a few meshes on top another and all messed up so tried to edit it and the result :
