Wth!??? Where's the Vandaminator!?????

So I was playing a match RVD vs X-pac. Extreme Rules style. & no matter how many times I tried I couldn't pull it off?.... keeps Doing the DDT on The chair no matter what I do.Also doing a attack style it keeps hitting them in the head. I Thought it varies if your a cruiser weight or light heavy weight? & I've tried both ways so far.Please can someone tell me how to do it?
