kim666 Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 2K16 reads the attire data from the misc01_start_dlc10.pac file. I just injected Cave Waverider's Universal Alternate Attire Unlock file from 2k15 into the 2k16 file, but i left the original 22 2k16 attires in working order with their correct names.https://mega.nz/#!YcRRwI7R!wZkmsC0zqQGgBJ5-X39ikO-1Xg-zdRkmquw3py1RPNI have fun 5 Quote
Jimmycrane1986 Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 So cool!!! Can't wait to start using this thank you very much Quote
OnyxRain Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 This is just for extra attires? Not adding actual wrestlers. I just want to make sure so when I use it I don't screw things up. Thanks. Quote
Andy Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 (edited) Thanks Kim. So we can create more pachs in the pac file ? Edited March 15, 2016 by Andy Quote
kim666 Posted March 15, 2016 Author Posted March 15, 2016 Normaly only 22 wrasslers can have alternate attires in 2k16, with this file 100 wrasslers can have alternate attires in 2k16. Quote
Gift Of Jericho Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 So this is the Universal Attire Unlock ? Quote
alryan011 Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 anyone who has uncompressed string file just like cave waves in 2k15 so that we may changethe name of the attires? but anyway, works perfectly man, thanks again! Quote
Gift Of Jericho Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Does this work the same way as 2k15 guys ? When we add alt attires we have to rename the files, not overwrite huh ? Quote
Tidal Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Thank you for this. Not sure if this is something I did or something to do with the file, but I noticed when playing as an added alt. attire (2K15 models of Bryan and Undertaker) there's no music during the winning animation. Anyone else? Quote

I was just about to start on that tonight. Less work for me, which is good.Did you change the wrestler IDs and string pointers to the ones in the game or did you leave them like the 2k15 version? Also, did you unlock the additional attires for the 22 wrestlers with alt attires as well? If not I'll use this as a base and modify those on top for the Universal Alternate Attire Unlock (you'll get credit for your work, of course. ).On a side note, I wonder if it'd be worth checking out a version with even more than 100 attire slots. Maybe it'll work this year. Edited March 15, 2016 by Cave Waverider 1 Quote
kim666 Posted March 15, 2016 Author Posted March 15, 2016 No i leave them like the 2k15 version, i also did not unlock the additional attires for the 22 wrestlers, because i did that already via game settings. Quote

It doesn't have to do with kim's file, though, as it also happens with the original file if you unlock more alt attires for the existing wrestlers. There might be some file that assigns things like winning animations (and possibly entrances, although those work fine) to each outfit and it doesn't have any assigned to the ones that don't come with the game...or something to that extent. alryan011 Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 yep. just like you said, maybe there is something that assigns music, animations, etc. for each outfit.just like how each of the ministry undertaker have their variations of music. Quote
Cave Waverider Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 (edited) Hm, I added a 101st attire slot to the file and it actually worked. I wonder what the limit is now. It could also be that it's because some of the IDs from last year are no longer available this year, we'll see when I update all the IDs to the wrestlers that are actually in the game. Hopefully it'll be big enough to add attires for everyone this time around. Edited March 15, 2016 by Cave Waverider 1 Quote
