Somehow I missed this post earleir.

YES that is the anim.

can you please inject this file into

WWE 2K16\pac\ingame\motion

There should be a pac in that folder labeled "all_mot3.pac"

Then upload that PAC.

Which PACH file am I injecting into as there are various instances of them :p

Hold off on this for a minute bro.

I just successfully got 2k15 motion 3 pac to load in 2k16. :D

That's right I can confirm several 2k15 move animations WORK in 2k16.

I still want that fucking leg drop though that's been eluding me. lol

Leg drop 4 in motions 3 pac is not Hogans, I'm assuming that's the anim they used before they released the DLC.

If you want you can do me a huge favor and look into "mot_dlc60.pac" for 33326.

I could be wrong but if you were successful in installing a moves pack from 15 into 16 then all you need to know is what moves back his is from 15 and bring that over to get all his moves. That is awesome news to if that actually does work. I guess the key though really is knowing what move pac he has there since he's a standard wrestler in 15 I'm sure he has his own move pac file.

My search has finally come to an end. :D

I won't post a guide to how I did this because its an extremely dirty method with a lot of missing animations.

I think we can only replace moves which I assume Xpacker can do. I will look into a way around this but for now f you guys want to enjoy Hogans Leg Drop.

Someone with xpacker needs to do what I described below.

1) 2k15 go to WWE 2K15\DLC60\pac

2) Inside that folder you will find "mot_dlc60.pac"

3) Inside that pac you should see an anim "33326"

4) Extract that file

5) 2k16 go to WWE 2K16\pac\ingame\motion

6) Inside that folder you will find "all_mot3.pac"

7) Inject the "33326" file you extracted into the same slot "33326"

8) That should overwrite 2k16's Leg Drop 4 with Hogans Leg Drop

9) Upload the modded all_mot3.pac so the rest of us can enjoy it

Not sure if this has been posted but. You no longer have to use Mipmaps, create a new texture archive and save your textures without mipmaps and you now get crisper quality mods.

After:

Just tried it with face textures, I definitely like the results better than with mip maps.

sounds interesting, the quality is way better what do you have to do to strip the mipmaps? (I don't really know this part of the game but it's interesting)

I can't seem to find this same slot to be honest in the all_mot3.

Actually it's pretty simple. (hexedit) Just paste the no mip map texture into a 4 mip map texture and the fill the remaining info with zero's ans save then inject it and it should work no problem.

Hey possum is there a way to switch render pics between characters. I mean say I have a mod in one slot and I want it to show Santino's render, can something like that be done?

@tekken57     It would appear there's been new format or such added to the yobjs.  The function in xpacker will not completely delete the facial animations for 2k16 as there have been new bits added.

Also you'll notice there are now "BlinkSqt"   Animations.  Think that would be the culprit behind parts disappearing in the 4e22 slot?

well we were talking about how it seemed that parts associated with like eyelids were disappearing right?

Yup so that's leading me to believe that has something to do with it. I'll test in a bit if objects appear in the slot with that bit disabled.

where would that mip map be located to wipe it out. is it down to the individual object texture?

@pozzum, there is probably something in the exe which controls where to start and end reading slots. If you can find and patch this, you could potentially add more slots to the game.

@jkeypearce, which files contain the winning animations?

Ueah I've been looking into it.  I thought i found something last night but initial testing didn't seem to work i have to inject a few mods into those last slots to really test it which i was hoping to tonight.

Also i have to double check if theI caws are still 0-99 on the player select screen

After some more testing I was sort of set 2 steps back at least for now. I have some mods installed on my game now so I'm getting a better "feel" for the game now.

Interesting, I have tried modding the 2kq6 yobj files as yet. Does the disable animations command work?

the new animations could be the reason why the objects are disappearing. I found the easiest way to fix this is the name the 4e22 slot something else like 001A.

With regards to saving without mip maps, select the option "No mip maps" in photoshop when saving. You will need to create a new texture archive as the filesize will be different.

The disable animation dosen't work with 2k16 models. Was doing Mike Tyson and I had to do it in the hex editor. Should be an easy update tho.

What exactly did you do to disable the animations?

Ctrl+F and then wrote Brow. Then I selected everything starting Brow all the way down to cBlinkSqt_r_Up as you can see in the picture. Then I fill the selecion with 00 and save. Credits to @AlcLegacy as he helped me out with it.

Yeah I  (told him but I did it as well with my mod im working on)  just 0'd everything out as we did before you coded the functionality into Xrey.

@Auday Elyafe , thanks for the info. Will look into coding a function for it when time permits.

@G3N0M3 , the Hogan leg drop animation value is listed as 822E in X-Packer which is 33326. I am able to extract the file, however there is no 82EE / 33326 slot in all_mot03?

Found it! Look in the PACH 014D in all_mot03.
