Dennis probably removed the link because he's tweaking the Goldberg model to make it more realistic and detailed so wait patiencely for the re-release of the new model.

It's currently not possible, but when 2K17 was released, we can import the 2k17 model with facial animations certainly to 2k16.

The updates to Goldberg look awesome. The body is a lot more accurate now.
