I just bought this game for PC, it is my first WWE game since SvR 1.

Few things I'd like to know are... How does modding work and how do characters differ in terms of accuracy/quality when comparing new character mods vs a CAW method?

Who does these mods? Is it complex...

Thanks.

Welcome to the forums! Good choice on picking it up for PC! The modding is done well by everyone, they can range from new attires to updated titantrons and brand new superstars. If you want to get in to modding there are a few guides on the 2K15 modding subsection. For the most part (trons, attires, entrance music) it should be drag and drop or using a simple programme. For the adding of new superstars (e.g. AJ Styles) will require a paid programme, which makes the process easier (X-Packer) or by using free software which aren't so simple (Cheat Engine). The community here are really friendly so any questions just ask away. In terms of mods vs caws, the creators have a lot more control over the facial creation and all that stuff. Bravebird's stuff is a great example of what can be achieved.

Welcome :)

New characters are infinitely better through mods than caws (case in point, check out the mod database in the 2k15 PC section). However, making them is not simple at all, especially if you want to make new superstars, and not just attire changes. Please remember to post all your questions in the Help section, not here.
