There isn't a black and white tutorial on how to do it. Learn how to use paint.net, then use that knowledge and your own creativity and make whatever you want. If you want what I have done with your own wrestlers then tell me, I do requests. You can try and re-make it but it won't be the same, and there is no issue with just telling me what you want.
