Yeah, pirated games don't come with online buddy.

Adding it to Steam doesn't make it an official copy of the game either.

I have downloaded the game from torrent codex and it was official game of 40 gb . When i have first installed that and added it to steam then the community creation was working but now it was not working. Please help

You have not paid for it, you torrented it... that means you do not get paid features

you're going about this all wrong. what you need to do, is contact Steam customer support, explain that you have an illegal copy of the game and that you think it's a disgrace how Community Creations isn't working for you. then you need to ask them to sort it out, or you'll lodge an official complaint with regards to their poor customer service. Failing that, try taking it straight to 2K or even WWE themselves. 

I think it's a fucking travesty that non of these guys have given you a crack yet
