bgEtc.pac?

Okay so again I'm probably way out of my League here (no pun intended) BUT I'm attempting to replace the Announce Tables in the WPON PACH in the bgEtc.pac and I just inject the Retro Table PACH into all existing Table PACH's, Save it, Update Arcs, Transfer and then the Matches give the beautiful infinite Black Screen...Yay. So I was just curious if it was possible to successfully edit the bgEtc.pac YOBJ's to load in game.

Im guessing Xpacker doesnt update the arc properly. I had to do it manually when I removed the old school filter from BgEtc. If the pach files are bigger than the original then it will be a real pain in the ass because the offsets for all the files after will have to be changed.
