Upload Alt Attire?

So I made updated attire for KO however when I go in to Community Creations and upload the only CAWs that are appear are the two I had downloaded. I made the attire by editing KOs one, is that issue? That it doesn't see it as a CAW? However when in my creations it appears next to see the downloaded CAWs.

edit the caw and select "no" under "personal information" -> "use as alternate attire"
