Moving onto 2K16

I  made a decision 2 quit transferring mods in 15... and work on 16 coming out tomorrow. So... what do I need for 16? Cheat engine, Xpacker... what's the basics for inserting the stages, music, wrestlers and rest in the latest 2k game? I honestly need expert advise because I can't put in mods without replacing the original character ( like Naomi, Neville, Big E, etc. ).

Nobody knows anything about 2k16 yet. Once it's released people will have a look through it and then we can answer your question. I highly doubt they changed anything though but that's just me assuming. If all you need to do is install the music, arenas, superstars etc.. you can do it with Cheat Engine, however it takes more time so I highly encourage you to buy X-Packer since it does the job really faster than anything else.
