2k15 xbox360 - 2nd load screen freeze

I just decided to mod 2k15 again and add some of the people from the 2k16. problem is i started over with a fresh 2k15 install. I used the new version of xpacker, even tried the last 4 releases of which should be working fine. however if i just replace people it works fine, if i add anything to the arc file it freezes at the second load screen which makes no sense.. has xpacker been updated and i'm not aware? or are my xpackers not working? it works on 2k14.
